Dr. Bauermeister graduated from Purdue in 1992 with his D.V.M. He began his career at LaGrange Vet in 1992 as well. His areas of interest are feline and canine medicine. Before becoming a veterinarian, he worked as a civil engineer for 4 years.

Dr. Hilary started her career working in the front office and as a kennel staff while in Jr. high and high school. She received her B.S. degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University. Dr. Hilary earned her D.V.M. from Ross University in 2007 and returned to LaGrange Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. J. Q. Robinson grew up on a livestock and grain farm in St Joseph County, MI. He graduated from Michigan State Veterinary School in 1989 and practiced here at the LaGrange Veterinary Clinic for 2 years, before heading off to further adventures in Massachusetts, Vermont, and the Caribbean.
Heather joined our team towards the end of 2009 as a registered veterinary technician, shortly after her graduation from International Business College in Fort Wayne. Heather, a Lagrange native, currently resides in the county with her husband, Travis, and their two dogs and two cats.
Mackenzie joined our team in September 2016 as a registered veterinary technician. She graduated from IBC, Vet Tech Institute in Fort Wayne. She has three cats (Andi, Averi, Aadi) and one dog, Remington. Mackenzie's hobbies include being outdoors and spending her free time as a volunteer.
Leslie started working with LaGrange Veterinary Clinic in 1997, when she was a senior in high school. She has been the office manager since 2011. Leslie does not have any pets at home; however, she gets her fill and enjoyment here with everyone else's pets. Leslie enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Amy joined our team in 2012 as a receptionist. She completed the diploma course for Animal Science and Veterinary Assistant with Penn Foster College in 2000. She enjoys assisting the doctors while working with your pets. She has three cats (Callie, Ebenezer, and Gus) and a Cocker Spaniel-Jacqueline. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, making jewelry, and scrapbooking.
Hayley joined our team in October 2016 as a receptionist. She has also taken on the role of keeping our website and media pages up-to-date. Hayley's hobbies include photography, reading, and traveling. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Hayley currently has two dogs: Angel (Beagle) and Bellatryx (Pomeranian).
Mollee Vander Meulen began working at the clinic in January of 2017. She attends Lakeland High School and plans to graduate with an Academic Honors Diploma in 2018. Mollee participates in kennel or clinic cleaning and pet care.
