Dr. Hilary started her career working in the front office and as a kennel staff while in Jr. high and high school. She received her B.S. degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University. Dr. Hilary earned her D.V.M. from Ross University in 2007 and returned to LaGrange Veterinary Clinic. In January of 2019, Dr. Hilary Christner became the new owner of LVC. In February of 2021, Dr. Hilary was announced as the President of the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Hilary has served on several committees. She has worked closely with the USDA and the State Board of Animal Health.

Dr. Bauermeister graduated from Purdue in 1992 with his D.V.M. He began his career at LaGrange Vet in 1992 as well. His areas of interest are feline and canine medicine. Before becoming a veterinarian, he worked as a civil engineer for 4 years.
Leslie FOffice Manager
Leslie started working with LaGrange Veterinary Clinic in 1997, when she was a senior in high school. She has been the office manager since 2011. Leslie has one cat at home, Teddy, that her family absolutely adores. Leslie enjoys spending her time outdoors and being with her family.
Mackenzie MRegistered Veterinary Technician
Mackenzie joined our team in September 2016 as a registered veterinary technician. She graduated from IBC, Vet Tech Institute in Fort Wayne. She has three cats (Andi, Averi, Aadi) and one dog, Remington. Mackenzie's hobbies include being outdoors and spending her free time as a volunteer.
Jamie GRegistered Veterinary Technician
Jamie Gill joined our team in March of 2018, after graduating from IBC. She lives on a small farm with her husband, daughter, and their 2 cats and 2 dogs. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys hiking, gardening, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Hayley WVeterinary Assistant & Media Coordinator
Hayley joined our team in October 2016 as a receptionist. She has since taken on the role of keeping our website and media pages up-to-date. Hayley has also stepped into a role to help our technicians and veterinarians as needed. This may include billing & notes, drawing up vaccines, restraining, etc.
Autumn CVeterinary Assistant
Autumn began working at the clinic in April of 2019. She grew up in northeastern Indiana, but ventured to Ellsworth Community College in Iowa Falls, IA. While in Iowa, Autumn received an associate's degree in Equine Science. Although her degree was focused on horse, she is a lover of all animals. Autumn was married in September 2018. She enjoys reading, working with horses, and spending time with her husband. She currently has 3 dogs a Husky/German Shepherd mix, Zeus, a hound mix, Rose and Murray, a Golden Retriever.
Sophia RVeterinary Assistant
Sophia is currently attend Glenn Oaks AND Michigan State University, majoring in Agricultural Operations. She plans to get a degree in veterinary medicina and/or embryology. She is involved in 4H, FFA, and the Michigan Farm Bureau. Currently, Sophia has 4 horses, 3 cats, 2 dogs, and a handful of chickens.
Paris AVeterinary Assistant
Paris graduates from Lakeland High School in 2021. She plans to attend Glenn Oaks to become a nurse or veterinary technician. In her free time, Paris enjoys playing softball and spending time with her family & friends. Paris lives on a farm with many lambs, 3 cows, 4 pigs. She also has 2 cats and a dog.
Melissa recently moved here from Elkhart. She joined LVC in August of 2019. She has one cat, Garth and one dog, Lucy. Melissa enjoys crafting, watching movies, and spending time with her husband and two kids.
Dr. Bollinger graduated from Purdue University in 1975, with his D.V.M. He has been practicing at the LaGrange Veterinary Clinic for 39 years. His area of specialty is Equine Reproduction. In his free time, Dr. Bollinger enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren and doing gardening, fishing, and tinkering.
