Dr. Hilary started her career working in the front office and as a kennel staff while in Jr. high and high school. She received her B.S. degree in Animal Sciences from Purdue University. Dr. Hilary earned her D.V.M. from Ross University in 2007 and returned to LaGrange Veterinary Clinic. In January of 2019, Dr. Hilary Christner became the new owner of LVC. In February of 2021, Dr. Hilary was announced as the President of the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Hilary has served on several committees. She has worked closely with the USDA and the State Board of Animal Health. Recently got her degree in Veterinary Spinal Manipulative Therapy in 2024.

Dr. Bauermeister graduated from Purdue in 1992 with his D.V.M. He began his career at LaGrange Vet in 1992 as well. His areas of interest are feline and canine medicine. Before becoming a veterinarian, he worked as a civil engineer for 4 years.

Dr. Bryan & Julie RVT MohrVeterinarian/RVT
Bryan is a veterinarian and Julie, a registered veterinarian technician. They met in 1988 at Purdue University while Bryan was a senior veterinary student and Julie was working at the university ICU & were married in 1989. They have 3 adult boys, 1 daughter in law and 1 rescue dog. They owned their own practice in Greentown, IN for 29 years and recently sold their practice to move into a lake home in Michigan where they started a relief veterinary service. Their specialty is performing surgery as a team. They have been practicing at Lagrange Veterinary Clinic since July 2021. They both enjoy traveling, hiking, boating & spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Cara WilhelmVeterinarian
Dr. Cara graduated from St. George's University School of Veterinary Medicine in June 2022. She grew up in Waterloo, IN, and is very happy to be back home serving the communities surrounding her childhood home. Dr. Cara has a focus in mixed animal medicine, split between dogs, cats, and farm animals. She spends her free time with family and her cat Saoirse.

Dr. Victoria MiramontiVeterinarian
Dr. Miramonti Graduated from Lakeland High School in 2016, originally from Orland, Indiana. She went to Purdue University to obtain her Bachelors in Animal Science with minors in Agribusiness and Political Science, graduating in 2020. She continued her education at Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona for her DVM, graduating in 2024. She has a passion for mixed animal medicine and reproductive services. In her spare time, she enjoys foraging with her blue heeler, Mikko, as well as baking, crafting and reading.

Leslie FOffice Manager
Leslie started working with LaGrange Veterinary Clinic in 1997, when she was a senior in high school. She has been the office manager since 2011. Leslie has one cat at home, Teddy, that her family absolutely adores. Leslie enjoys spending her time outdoors and being with her family.

Mackenzie RVTRegistered Veterinary Technician
Mackenzie joined our team in September 2016 as a Registered Veterinary Technician. She graduated from IBC, Vet Tech Institute in Fort Wayne. She has 1 daughter, 3 cats (Andi, Averi, Addi) and 1 dog, Remington. Kenzy enjoys teaching & helping her co-workers. Her favorite job duties include being in surgery, dentals, and client communication/education. Mackenzie's hobbies include being outdoors and reading.

Parker RVTRegistered Veterinary Technician
Parker started LVC in April 2022. Parker was born & raised in Angola. She is a 2012 graduate from the Vet Tech Institute in Fort Wayne. She passed the VTNE to become a Registered Veterinary Technician and currently in school online for Pre-Veterinary at ASU.
After moving all over the country, Parker's husband is medically retiring from the United States Marine Corp. They, along with their 3 children, 2 cats, and 1 dog, have decided to make Angola their permanent home.
When not working, Parker loves spending time with family & friends. She enjoys living life one day at a time. -
Megan RVTRegistered Veterinary Technician
Megan graduated from Purdue University in 2022 with a bachelors degree in Veterinary Nursing. Megan currently lives in Goshen. She has a labradoodle named Daisy. Megan enjoys traveling, running, boating, and spending time with friends & family.

Autumn RVTRegistered Veterinary Technician
Autumn began working at the clinic in April of 2019 after earning her associates degree in Equine Science. She is an RVT and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in veterinary technology. She and her husband have 1 boy - Jack, a baby on the way and 1 dog at home. Autumn enjoys spending time with her family and furthering her education.

Sophia RVTRegistered Veterinary Technician
Sophia started at LVC in 2019 as a student intern. She now has an associates with Penn Foster and is currently enrolled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology. Sophia has 1 kitten, Hei Hei, and a speed horse name Fabio. In her free time, Sophia enjoys welding, mechanic work, and being outdoors.

Michelle started LVC in April 2023. Originally from St. Petersburg, FL. she moved to Indiana in 2018. Michelle is an approved veterinary assistant. She has 2 children, 2 cats and 1 dog and loves gardening and painting in her free time.

Paris AVeterinary Assistant
Paris began her career at LVC as a student extern in 2020. She is a 2021 Lakeland grad. She is currently attending Penn Foster to obtain a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She has 2 cats named Nimbus and Pluto and a dog named Mable. Paris enjoys spending her free time with her family & friends.

Jordan is a 2020 Lakeland grad. She is currently going to Ashworth college to get a degree in Veterinary Technology. Jordan began her career at LVC in August of 2021. Jordan enjoys playing volleyball, building/working on trucks with her boyfriend, and spending time with family & friends.

Damian BVeterinary Assistant
Damian started at LVC in May of 2024. He is attending Purdue University to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Veterinary Technology to become a Registered Veterinary Technician. He has a Grey Hound mix named Zoey and 2 cats named Egg and Pancake. In his free time he likes to ride his motorcycle and go running with his dog.

Melissa VRCEReceptionist
Melissa started at LVC as a receptionist in 2019, in 2025 she completed the Veterinary Receptionist Certificate of Excellence program and has taken on some additional clerical responsibilities making her a great asset to the rest of our team. Melissa is married and has 2 children at home. She also has a pomsky- Lucy (seen pictured) & 2 cats. (Cleo). In her free time, Melissa enjoys baking and watching True Crime documentaries.

Christy VRCEReceptionist
Christy is a lifelong resident of Lagrange. She started her career at LVC in 2021 and in 2025 completed the Veterinary Receptionist Certificate of Excellence program. Christy has 3 cats (Kitty, Bonny, & Momo) and 1 dog (Lucky). Christy and her husband have 3 children. She enjoys camping and sitting around the fire with her family.

Nicole SReceptionist/Assistant
Nicole started LVC as a receptionist in November 2022 and is now doing both reception and assistant duties. She is currently in school at Penn Foster for her Associates in Veterinary Technology. Nicole and her husband Hunter lived in Texas where she managed a dairy farm for 3 years. She is from Central Pennsylvania, has 2 dogs Mya (German Shepard) and Emery (Black Lab). In her free time Nicole likes to go hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.

Courtney VRCEReceptionist
Courtney started at LVC as a receptionist in April of 2024 and in 2025 completed the Veterinary Receptionist Certificate of Excellence program. She has lived in Steuben county her whole life. Courtney has a daughter (Addi) who is very active in 4H, FFA, softball and student council. In her free time she enjoys kayaking and cheering on her daughter.

Dr. Bollinger graduated from Purdue University in 1975, with his D.V.M. He has been practicing at the LaGrange Veterinary Clinic for 39 years. His area of specialty is Equine Reproduction. In his free time, Dr. Bollinger enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren and doing gardening, fishing, and tinkering.
